Hi, I’m Jen — a Florida wildlife, nature, and travel photographer who feels most at home outdoors with a camera in hand.
For many years, I ran a real estate photography business, but over time I felt pulled back to the kind of photography that first inspired me — wildlife, nature, and the quiet beauty of everyday moments outside. Slowing down and observing animals in their natural environment has become one of my favorite parts of life.
Florida’s wildlife, especially birds, is at the heart of my work. Roseate spoonbills, egrets, herons, eagles, hawks, and even the animals that visit my own backyard often become my subjects. I love exploring wetlands, springs, and coastal areas, never quite knowing what I might see that day.
I’ve always loved to travel. After spending 15 years as a travel agent, exploring new places still feels like second nature to me. That experience taught me to appreciate both the comfort of places I return to often and the excitement of new landscapes. From quiet beach mornings to wildlife encounters in Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Glacier, these experiences continue to inspire my photography.
At home, life is simple and full. I love spending time at the beach, traveling with my husband, visiting my grandchildren, and taking care of my plants and orchids. These everyday moments keep me grounded and connected to the same sense of calm I try to capture in my images.
Photography, for me, is about preserving the quiet beauty of the natural world and sharing it with others in a way that feels peaceful and real. My hope is that my artwork brings a little bit of nature into your home and reminds you to slow down and look around.
Thank you for being here.
— Jen
